Mickey Mouse themed 1st Birthday Party Decorations

I had the pleasure of decorating for a previous client this past weekend.

This time it was for a boy's 1st birthday. The theme was "Mickey Mouse".

Here's the before photo:

The client covered the tables with solid color tablecovers. Mickey Mouse and friends print
table covers were added to several tables throughout the room. Colorful napkins were
arranged in plastic cups for a fun look.

Celebrate The Day added "Gumball" centerpieces to fifteen tables. A gumball balloon is several
small latex balloons inside a larger latex balloon. They tend to awe your guests! A mini packed balloon
arch was used behind the cake table. We gave it a spiral effect with yellow, red, blue and black.

There were two pillars in the center of the room. We hung all four colors of tulle between them. Then
used matching color streamers for each pillar to wall sections. See photos below.

Singing Telegrams are so much fun to send to your family and co-workers at their job! From 9am - 7pm Monday - Sunday. Same day service is additional cost, so when you can order at least the day before. Earlier or Later times available at additional cost.

Our costumed performer presents the recipient with several gifts to declare what a wonderful day it is! He'll enter the room with a little music box playing either "bad to the bone", "shake your groove thing", or "wild thing". Gifts: a balloon, a festive hat and noisey horn. Each character has their own special gift to give. Our performer will sing your song of choice. *See list. Your personal message is given to them on a custom card.

We'll take a keepsake photo & send this to you via email.

How to make Balloon Garland decorations for your next party

A bag of 100 5” latex balloons will make a 10” x 6’ balloon garland. Other materials needed: hand air inflator, line such as curling ribbon, nylon, monofilament line, satin ribbon. Any of these work well.

Strong monofilament line is required if you will be placing the decoration outdoors. Balloon Garland for outdoor use can be tied to porch rails, trees, fence, etc. We use 3M removable hardware for indoor use.

Link-O-Loons are also great for air-filled balloon garland. Each balloon has an elongated tail at the top to tie to the next balloon.

Easy to Assemble Balloon Arch

Balloon Arches are easier to assemble than you think. The difficulty depends on the type and size of the arch. Celebrate The Day has more than 30 do-it-yourself decorating kits. We include all materials. All you have to do is read the instructions and assemble. If you need assistance, just give us a call and we’ll review the kit with you. Most balloon column kits use air-filled balloons. The balloon arch kits require helium in the balloons to float.

Is your event is in the Nashville Tennessee area? Our staff will come out and decorate for you. We travel to Spring Hill, Franklin, Nolensville, Brentwood, Nashville, Antioch, Smyrna, Murfreesboro.
